At Inka Arthouse, we want you to be completely enamored with your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard prints and frames.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective tubes or boxes to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 3-5 business days.
